Changes in mind, body, and spirit

I am going through some major changes! Not just my body, but my mind and spirit as well. But let's start with the easy changes: body. I thought it would be fun to see just how hard I'm going to have to work to bring my sexy back after K.Rae's debut. And what better way to do that than with a before and after shot?! So, last night I squeezed into my workout gear and had Al help me with reenacting a recent photo. Here is the end result:

Uh huh...go ahead and click on the picture so you can get the full affect. I'll wait. Okay, now close your mouth and stop laughing! *lol* The picture on the left was taken a little over a year ago. And again, the picture on the right was taken last night. Now...I tend to look at the glass as half full, so it's not ALL bad! I mean, there's been significant hair growth (attribute it to my new hair products, or the prenatals, or the pregnancy hormones, or my Omega-3 supplements). My sports bra is visibly fuller (although I'm still waiting for my Ds to arrive!! Where are my pregnancy Ds??). Al pointed out that my arms are about the same size (don't know whether that's good or bad though). And lastly, I'm happy to report that I haven't ONE stretch mark...not a one! Okay, so the bad: well, you have eyes. I'm not going to point them out for you! *lol*
