I am soooooo happy that we live in the age of technology that makes it so simple to capture everything. This past year has just flown by and luckily with the help of this blog and digital cameras and video, I think I've done a pretty good job at documenting it all.
To capture Kali's 1st birthday, Daddy and I (well, mostly I *lol*) wanted to get pictures done professionally. My good friend, Tasha, introduced me to her good friend, Harmony, who is a wonderful photographer in our area and we got to work! I thought it would be better to go on location instead of a studio so that Kali could just be free to do what she does best -- be adorable! She took these photos yesterday at Tidelands Park in Coronado. There are sooooo many great shots that I couldn't upload them all but these are some of my favorites (these are pre-editing).
What's amazing is that Kalissa was cranky because of her cold (we couldn't even get her to smile for the first 30 minutes) and it was a gloomy, overcast day at the beach but you can't tell at all! I will have to update this blog header with a new picture just as soon as I decide on my absolute favorite!

The pictures came out really nice!I can't decide, which I love the best.So with that said Karoline I'll take a copy of each.And thank you Karoline for posting all the pretty pictures of "Our Kalissa".
