Besties

Kalissa's best buddy, Maddie, had her 3rd birthday party over the weekend and Kalissa was most excited to attend.  This was her very first birthday party invite so it's no wonder she bugged me every day leading up to Sunday about attending.  "Mommy, am I going to the party?" "Not today, Kalissa."  She wasnt' the only one who couldn't wait for Sunday to roll around!

The party was at the beach with a Strawberry Shortcake theme, complete with a bounce house.  Kalissa couldn't wait to get her jump on! 

It was so sweet because once we arrived, Maddie's family (Grandmother, Aunts, etc) knew exactly who Kalissa was and said how much Maddie talks about Kali at home.  It definitely goes both ways!! I hope they are able to be friends for a long, long time!
