Christmas morning came and she was was pretty much her normal self again. We all opened our gifts but of course Kalissa had no idea what was going on. This is exactly why we didn't over do it with presents. In the end, she received clothes, shoes, a few toys, two "record your voice" books, and a tricycle.

I couldn't wait for her to try out her first "big girl" bike. She acted like she knew what to do with it so we took her over to the park so she could try it out.
Okay, so she can't exactly ride it just yet. *lol* She wanted to pedal but her legs are a tad bit too short for the motion so we had to put the bike into storage until the spring. I'm sure she'll be ready for it by then.
Once Christmas Day was over, we set out to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Kali's big sisters are in town and she is having a ball with them as usual. Yesterday, we headed down to Seaport Village for some fresh air and family time. We had a great time watching the street vendors and looking at the beautiful scenery. Kali even got to hold a little bird...and kiss a tree (uhh...I guess she's a nature girl)!

We are so very blessed for such a wonderful year. Kali has grown leaps and bounds this year and we are looking forward to the changes to come in 2011!
