I Hate it When...

I go out shopping and am all set to spend some money….something I haven’t done in a long time. But wouldn’t you know it – *sigh* no one had anything I wanted to buy!!! That was the case for me on Saturday. I drug my big bellied self out for a day of shopping and came home empty handed. *gggrrrr* Well, actually I did buy one thing: a pink and brown Bible for our baby’s room.

A stranger tells me: “at some point, you need to start thinking about your baby” in reference to MY SHOES. Yep, that happened on Friday. It took everything for me not to show her just how WELL I can move in these shoes and not put my foot up her azz kick her in her throat for saying something so ridiculous. Ummm...what YOU need to start thinking about is YOU and quit meddling in my business. Cow. *gggrrrr*

My right eyeball hurts and I’m forced to take out my contact lenses and wear my glasses. *ggggrrrrr*


I try with all my might to sleep on my left side (because that’s what the doc says is best for the baby) and no matter what, I still end up on my back! Poor Al ends up having to roll me back onto my side during the night. I feel like a beached whale. *gggrrrr*

And just when I settle in on all the stuff that’s ticking me off during this pregnancy…K.Rae starts to kick and wiggle and makes my belly do the worm. And then I smile. It’s all worth it.
