Who'da Thunk???

Okay folks, I am officially OVER DUE!! From the way things started out and all the false alarms, I know none of us thought I'd be in this position -- least of all, ME! But here we are...one whole day past our due date.

I'm not happy about it lemme tell you! But, instead of focusing on that I would just like to tell my darling daughter to come on out already!!! We've got everything all ready for you and I promise that you'll be MUCH happier out of mommy's belly than you can possibly be inside! I beg of you -- PLEASE (I'm on my knees here) make your way to the birth canal asap! I know you probably want to make a grand entrance and all -- mission accomplished! Now is your time, it's all eyes on you baby! You can do it! *insert stadium cheers here*

Al is actually loving this delay...if she stays in until Thursday then he gets his hope of having a Leo baby. I don't follow horoscope too tough but I do know that he is a Leo and that they have very strong traits. STUBBORNNESS being one of them. Ha! Maybe K.Rae was just destined to arrive later this week after all. Now that I think about it, we know she was conceived on Oct 25 (no doubt about that) so 9 months later would put her due date at this Saturday, 7/25, not last Saturday. But hey...the doc said 7/18 so that's what I went with.

Well...here are my NINE MONTH photos -- 40 weeks and 40 pounds later (I was on track to have only gained 35 pounds but the week after my baby shower I logged a 5 pound weight gain in 1 week!!! 5 pounds!!! Thanks for the cupcakes Ariel! *lol*)! We all agree that my belly has dropped, right?! Sorry for the bed head and plain face (who am I kidding, I don't even know what makeup is anymore!) -- these were taken at 8 a.m. this morning and I'm working on 3 hours of sleep so leave me alone! *lol*
