I'm going to try not to focus on the fact that I'm still over due and showing no signs of delivering. Yesterday's doctor's appointment only confirmed that I'm not dilated and that K.Rae "sounds happy in there". Great. So we wait some more. Looks like Al is going to have his Leo girl afterall! I did remember to ask about her size and my doctor says she's not huge but she's most likely an 8 pounder....nice and healthy!
Anyway, we finally received the nursery letters for her wall! Al still needs to paint and hang them. He's planning on making them a mocha color and drawing pink flowers on them. Oh, you didn't know Al is an artist? Yes, and he's actually quite good! I have complete faith that the final result will be absolutely beautiful.
So...ever since we decided on K.Rae's name and decided to keep it a surprise until she's born, only ONE person has managed to guess her name correctly (Pamela). I didn't confirm or deny her correct guess though. : ) Hopefully, we'll be introducing our daughter to everyone in a few days. Since I can't show you the actual nursery letters, I thought it would be fun to list some names that people guessed that you can rest assured will NOT be her name even though some are cute!

Karoline, I'm both happy AND sad that you posted.... I was hoping this would be blank and you'd be in labor. The good news is that the longer K.Rae stays in there, the healthier she'll be, right?
Okay, so I haven't shared my guess yet but I think her name is either Kyla Rae or Kylie Rae. Whatever her name is, I hope to meet her soon!
