For the past two weekends, we have been having some fabulous weather. It's been chilly during the week but then as soon as Friday rolls around, the sun heats things up. This weekend we took full advantage of the beautiful weather by going to Sea World. I knew Kalissa would love it because the fish aquarium at the zoo is one of her favorite features. And since we bought the unlimited pass, we decided to pop in without making a big deal of planning for the day. Meaning....we didn't wait for her to have a nap or anything. That turned out to be a mistake! *lol* She still had a good time but she was extremely bratty and clearly exhausted (we couldn't get her to smile in a single picture). We didn't get to see even half of the park before we decided to call it a day, but no worries....we'll definitely go back at the next sign of good weather but not until AFTER she's had a nap!
We'll have to remember to pack her a bathing suit too!
I have a feeling this will be one of the places we visit the most this summer. There is soooo much for the ones to do! I didn't even realize that Sea World was more than a killer whale show. *lol* I'm looking forward to getting on the rides with her and seeing all the exhibits. Our Kali has definitely hit the age of fun and we're having a blast with her!
